Please note that our rental rates have increased as of September 1, 2009. The price now includes a staff technician for forty hours.

The new contract will also include the mandatory use of our Box Office person at $25 per show.

A $1 Facility Fund surcharge will be added to the price of each ticket. This Fund is to educate the public and to invest in the planning and construction of our new facility.

Front of House staffing is your responsibility.

We are still offering a rehearsal week rate of $2100/week. This rate is only available to those companies who do not have a scheduled public performance in that week.

Please confirm the unrestricted usage of the above equipment a minimum of 7 days in advance as occasionally some of these items are rented out.

All technical equipment listed in the Inventory section of the Rental Handbook is currently in working order.

Basic Contract does NOT include Box Office or Front Of House staff.
