1–5pm Mon-Fri, 1-7pm on show days, 4-7pm on show weekends. Voicemail welcome.

In Person: 1 hour prior to show time at The Theatre Centre Box Office.

A $2 facility fee is added to each ticket. This goes towards The Theatre Centre’s Capital Campaign towards its new home.

A $2 credit card transaction fee is added to the overall payment.

All tickets are held at the box office to pick up from 1 hour prior to show-time.

Seating is by general admission.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Theatre Centre reserves the right to:
(a) refuse admission to the Theatre
(b) request any ticket holder to leave the Theatre and take any appropriate action to enforce this right

  • Tickets sold directly through The Theatre Centre can be exchanged for the same production up to 48 hours in advance directly with the point of sale. Subject to availability. If tickets are bought via other parties (not directly through The Theatre Centre), please refer to their Terms and Conditions.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
  • No tickets may be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than the The Theatre Centre. Failure to comply will make this ticket void. The Theatre Centre will not be responsible for tickets that have been sold through unauthorised methods.
  • Tickets are sold subject to The Theatre Centre’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause. There are generally no understudies.
  • Latecomers are not permitted. If the production has an interval, latecomers may be permitted to sit at balcony level.
  • We are unable to offer refunds on latecomers’ tickets.
  • Patrons are asked not to leave and return the auditorium during the performance unless in a case of emergency. These regulations exist for the health and safety of all our customers, company and staff.
  • Mobile phones, pagers and watches should be switched off before entering the auditorium.
  • Every member of the audience must have a ticket.
  • Strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions; details are available at the Box Office after the first preview.
  • Price reductions are limited and are allocated at the management’s discretion.
